SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN SINGAPORE)

We ship domestically via a local courier. This is to ensure that the package reaches your doorstep safely without being bent or squeezed into your mailbox. A tracking number will be provided.

Shipping cost: SGD$6.00 (Extra charges may apply for deliveries to Sentosa Island, Tuas & Changi Airport)

Estimated Shipping Time: 1-2 working days

For shipping of smaller items (e.g. stickers), we do offer the option of non-trackable free shipping via Singapore Post but we will still recommend courier delivery for better peace of mind. (Note: This free shipping option is not available if your order includes other items such as fragile items, original art or art prints.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally either via Singapore Post or FedEx. Both options come with tracking.

Estimated Cost & Shipping Times:

Singapore Post: SGD$15.00, 1-3 weeks depending on location.

FedEx: SGD$50.00, 2-5 working days depending on location.

Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ying Sloan Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its delivery status. Depending on the courier’s tracking system, the tracking information may not be available immediately; if so, please allow some time for the tracking information to show.
